VSP’s PEC Plan provides complete eye health coverage that goes beyond routine eyecare and provides additional medical coverage for specialty eyecare services such as pink eye, dry eyes, seasonal allergy, eye infections, and other urgent eyecare needs. If you have PEC, you can see your VSP doctor without a referral as often as needed. Most State of California Employees are eligible for PEC.
